With Pexip Engage you can offer your customers a number of different ways to meet with Agents in your organisation. These different meeting types are described below.
Office
These meetings are held at one of your organisation's offices.
When a customer books an office meeting, they're asked for their current location. If there is more than one office in your organisation that offers appointments for their selected subject, the customer is shown a list of offices to select from, in order of distance from their location.
Phone
These meetings are held over the telephone.
When a customer books a phone meeting, they will be asked to provide their telephone number. This is the number that the Agent will call them on at the arranged time. This number will appear in the Customer's Engage plugin confirmation page and their confirmation email.
Video
These meetings are held over Pexip's secure video meeting platform.
When a customer books a video meeting, they will receive a link in the Engage plugin confirmation page and their confirmation email which they can simply click to join the meeting from their browser — no downloads or installations are required.
On Location
These meetings are held at a location chosen by the customer — for example, the customer's home address, office address, or other building or address.
When a customer selects an On Location meeting, they are asked to enter the address where the Agent should meet them.
