SKED-9927 |
It is now possible to configure the planning rules to allow concurrent appointments for the On Location meeting type. Previously this was only possible for the Office meeting type. The functionality for On Location appointments works exactly the same as for Office appointments, except that the location (based on geolocation coordinates) must be identical to allow concurrent appointments. |
SKED-9246 | It is now possible to ask for a customer's address in the customer step of the Engage plugin. This can be configured in the Engage Backoffice from the Organisation > Plugin section, under the Customer Fields tab. |
SKED-9448 | The Conversion Analytics dashboard can now be filtered on plugin sessions that resulted in an appointment only, or plugin sessions that did not result in an appointment only. This enables the analysis of differences between successful and unsuccessful sessions. |
SKED-9632 | The customer phone number input field now has a country selector and country-specific format validation to enforce correct phone numbers. |
SKED-10415 | Plugin sessions that have a very long duration are most likely irrelevant for analysis. These sessions were still included in the data used for conversion analytics and resulted in an unusable session duration filter control. Excluding these sessions fixes that problem and makes the overall dashboard more relevant. |
SKED-10637 | A performance improvement has reduced the time for an appointment creation operation to complete. |
SKED-10712 | The styling of the edit, invite and confirmation pages of the plugin has been modernized. |
SKED-10741 | On navigation to a next step, the Engage plugin will now automatically scroll back to the top to provide a better UX. |

HubSpot CRM integration | SKED-8893 |
The HubSpot Integration Service provides a one-way integration that forwards customers and related appointments from Pexip Engage to a HubSpot account. When appointments are created in Pexip Engage (no matter where they originate from), the data is sent to HubSpot where it looks for a contact record matching the customer related to the appointment, based on the customer email (HubSpot uses the email as a unique identifier). If no matching contact record can be found, a new contact record is created with the first name, last name and email of the customer related to the appointment. Next, a timeline event is created for the contact in HubSpot, indicating what happened (appointment created, appointment canceled, etc.) and including some information about the appointment.
HubSpot can also trigger workflows using these timeline events, enabling further automation of business processes. The integration currently only supports English as a language. |

Renewed appointment hours view for Agents. (Our ref. SKED-8883) |
![]() |
Renewed web application set as default (configurable). (Our ref. SKED-8854) |
By default, the renewed web application is started. This is configurable per tenant upon request. That means that it is possible to still have the old web application started by default. Contact your Customer Success Manager for more info. A user can switch to the non-default web application coming from the default web application. The non-default web application will only be used for that tab. When the user opens a new tab, the default web application will be started again. |
Note that the old web application will still be available in this release but will not be available anymore starting from the next release. It is therefore important to start the transition with this release.
Other product improvements include:
Send an email notification to an agent when it's not possible to read from one of its synchronised external calendars. (Our ref. SKED-8591) |
It was already possible for an Agent to receive an email notification when Pexip Engage detects that the synchronisation with an agent’s external calendar is broken. This notification allows the agent to undertake appropriate actions to restore the synchronisation and resynchronise appointments that could not be pushed to the external calendar. Up until now, this notification was only triggered when a write operation to the external calendar fails. The notification will now also be triggered when a read operation to the external calendar fails. This means that Pexip Engage will now always notify the agent as soon as it sees that an interaction with the external calendar is not working properly anymore, which makes the system more robust.
|
Performance of fetching schedulable subjects and offices improved. (Our ref. SKED-8643) |
Fetching schedulable subjects and offices is done in the Pexip Engage plugin and Partner Booking Application as part of the booking flow. When using region coverage this does not apply (will be part of a future release)
|
Read-only calendars cannot be set for copying appointments. (Our ref. SKED-5297) | Appointments cannot be written (copied) to calendars that are marked as read-only. This is now explicitly blocked in the calendar synchronisation setup as well. |
Customer location added to webhook payload. (Our ref. SKED-7952) | The location of a customer, if available, will now also be included in the webhook payloads sent to integrations. |
Date and time of a canceled appointment included in a cancellation mail. (Our ref. SKED-8564) | When an appointment is canceled, the date and time of that appointment will now also be visible in the cancellation email that is sent. This avoids confusion (mainly for the agent) regarding which appointment is canceled specifically. |
Warning added to sender email address configuration. (Our ref. SKED-8633) |
The email address that is used to send emails to customers is configurable (e.g., noreply@mycompany.com). However, changing the domain name (e.g., mycompany.com) should always be coordinated with your Customer Success Manager to avoid deliverability issues. A warning has been added to the renewed web application to indicate this. |
Improved consistency of create/save button labels. (Our ref. SKED-8842) | Buttons throughout the web application did not always use the same label while performing similar actions. |
Open the first subject category by default when editing translations. (Our ref. SKED-8860) | When opening the translation section in the web application, by default, the view will now expand the first subject category. |
The country field on the create office view will be set to the enterprise country by default. (Our ref. SKED-9075) | When creating a new office, the country will be set by default on the enterprise country. |
Product fixes
reCAPTCHA is positioned at the bottom of the page when a lot of space is present below the plugin. (Our ref. SKED-8725) | When a lot of space is present below the plugin on the page where it is embedded (content/whitespace), the reCAPTCHA verification was shown at the bottom of the page instead of directly below the plugin. This has now been fixed to make sure the reCAPTCHA verification is always shown directly below the plugin. |
On-location appointments cannot be booked when an incomplete address is provided. (Our ref. SKED-8247) |
An on-location appointment requires a fully qualified address. The location search in the plugin however allows to only provide a city. This results in the appointment creation failing in the last step. When there is no fully qualified address available, additional fields will be shown in the last step to make sure the missing information can be provided. |
SMS notifications for agents contain [no-data] where the customer name should be. (Our ref. SKED-8704) | SMS notifications for agents will now actually contain the customer name where applicable. |
The appointment insights could not be used in cases where there is a lot of data. (Our ref. SKED-8787) | The loader mechanism for the appointment insights was made more robust to avoid crashing while refreshing the appointment insights data. |
Tooltip positioning for icons is incorrect. (Our ref. SKED-8797) | Tooltips for icons are now always shown centered relative to the icon. |
The session duration in the conversion analytics can be negative. (Our ref. SKED-8832) |
The conversion analytics could receive corrupt data when the plugin is accessed by a Google Bot session. When the conversion analytics data ingestion detects a session event with a user agent that contains ‘googlebot’, then the session event will be ignored. Existing corrupted data will be fixed manually by Pexip Engage. |
Responsive plugin subjects list does not render well when multiple meeting types are offered. (Our ref. SKED-8859) | The spacing and responsiveness of the subjects list in the plugin was improved. |
Some autocomplete/combobox controls don't display long values properly. (Our ref. SKED-8616) | The autocomplete/combobox controls have been optimized for long values. |
Access and refresh tokens are returned when calling /calendars?include=sync_account. (Our ref. SKED-8892) |
When fetching calendars using the Pexip Engage API and including the sync_account resource, the response also contained access and refresh tokens which should never be exposed. This call could be made by Pexip Engage admins and office managers. This was a security risk and has now been mitigated. |
Web app incorrectly displays employee external ID as 'CVR nummer' in Danish. (Our ref. SKED-8917) | The Danish translation has been changed to ‘External ID’ and can be overridden for specific customers upon request. |
Clicking and dragging slots in the availability templates is not working in Safari. (Our ref. SKED-8938) | A compatibility issue for Safari has been resolved. |
The API does not support ISO strings that include milliseconds. (Our ref. SKED-8952) | Support for ISO timestamp strings including milliseconds has been added. |
The location search in the plugin is not biased to the customer location. (Our ref. SKED-8987) | The location search results will now be biased to the enterprise country geolocation. |
Name containing a single quote is not displayed correctly in user email. (Our ref. SKED-9093) | Special characters will be displayed correctly in user emails. |
Office manager relations with offices are not deleted when an office manager is deleted. (Our ref. SKED-9031) |
The office manager relations with offices are now deleted in cascade when an office manager is deleted.
|

|

|

SKED-9031) | Might impact all Pexip Engage customers using the Pexip Engage API to provision office managers and the respective relations with offices. |
