Viewing users, rooms and video systems
You can get usage and diagnostic data for video systems, team rooms and users either collectively or for an individual subscription.
Just select
, or from the main menu.- You see the full list of subscribed entities and can choose to filter based on their status using the tabs above the tables (such as Idle, In meeting etc.) or by entering terms such as a name, video address or tags into the Filter text box. To filter on multiple tags you must separate each tag with a comma and do not include any spaces, for example use "tag1,tag2".
- To view a specific list item, just click on its name (left-hand column). This provides more detailed usage and diagnostic data for that item.
- The included metrics provide an overall picture of usage which can help with managing resources.
Viewing live meeting data
You can see live meeting information directly from the tables that list the users, rooms, or video systems.
- Just hover over in the Status column for a given row and a window pops up with live meeting information.
- Click on to keep the popup window open.
For users and video systems, you see the video address where the meeting is being held, real time media statistics, and protocol and codec information.
For rooms, you see the unique meeting ID and the number of participants.
If a participant is currently presenting, you'll see a icon next to their name.

Managing video systems
From the
page, you can view device details including: name, address, private IP address (which provides a direct link to the endpoint's admin console), location, device model and status.Metric | Meaning |

Active video systems |
The number of video systems that are subscribed to the Pexip Service and currently registered and powered on. It's the sum of devices that are Idle (online) or in a meeting. |
Total video systems |
Total number of video systems. These devices have been assigned a license, but may not be registered, activated, provisioned and powered on. |
In meeting | Count of those currently in a meeting. |
Idle |
Idle status means the service is receiving regular keep-alive messages that tell the service that the user/video system is able to participate in a meeting/call. It means the device is powered on, activated and registered. |
Offline |
Offline status means the service has stopped receiving keep-alive messages that tell the service that the user/video system is able to participate in a meeting/call.

Managing team rooms
