Activating the Poly G7500 or Studio X endpoints on the Pexip Service

Here you find help with activating (sometimes referred to as provisioning) Poly G7500, Studio, Studio X30 and Studio X50 video endpoints for use with the Pexip Service.

Before you can activate your video endpoint, you need an endpoint subscription and the necessary configuration details for your device. Your account manager at your local certified Pexip Partner can help you with this, please contact them first. Then, to enter the configuration into your video endpoint, see the guidance below.

Entering configuration details into the video endpoint

To activate and provision the video endpoint, you need:

• administrator access to the device, and
• the necessary configuration details.

Here are the steps:

1. Open the administrator interface for the Poly device you want to set up.
2. Go to Servers > Provisioning Server and enter the server provisioning details you have obtained.

After saving the changes, the device's registration status changes to Registered.
