Finding your Pexip Service Customer ID

You may need to provide your Pexip Service Customer ID in some situations, such as when configuring SIP Guest Join or Ad Hoc Join for Cisco endpoints.

If you don't know your Pexip Service Customer ID, you can contact your your Pexip authorized support representative who can provide it for you.

Alternatively, you can find your Customer ID from the URL that you use to access Pexip Control Center. It's the UUID that comes after https://control.pexip.io/company/.
