Pexip subprocessors
Pexip AS, all of its subsidiaries and all of its parent companies (collectively “Pexip”) use subprocessors to provide the best experience and service to partners, end customers, and end users when using our video-conference products and services or visits our websites.
A subprocessor is a third-party data processor engaged by Pexip, who has or potentially will have access to or process service data or personal data. Pexip engages different types of subprocessors to perform various processing functions as further explained in this document.
Pexip undertakes to use reasonable selection process by which it evaluates the security, privacy and confidentiality practices of subprocessors that will or may have access to or process service data and personal data. Pexip requires its subprocessors to satisfy equivalent data protection obligations as those instructions documented from Data Controllers on Pexip also in such a manner that the processing will meet the requirements of applicable Privacy Law.
The Pexip privacy policy describes the personal data that might be processed when using the Pexip products or services, and how it is protected.

Third parties
"Third Party" means those recipients of personal information that do not fall strictly under the category of subprocessors. It may be because either Pexip is acting as a controller for the information shared with the Third Party (such as information processed for spam filtering and fraud prevention) or the Third Party acts as an independent controller (for example, because of a legal obligation).
