Lifesize endpoints troubleshooting

Please note that Lifesize video endpoints are suitable for joining video calls on the Pexip Service, but not all models are suitable for activation (sometimes referred to as provisioning) with the Pexip Service. Lifesize 220 systems not receiving content

If you are dialing in to a video call on the Pexip Service using a Lifesize 220s, including Lifesize Room 220, Lifesize Room 220i, Lifesize Team 220 and Lifesize Express 220, it requires version 4.12.3 or newer to receive content from the far end.
