Viewing the current list of local PSTN numbers

If you want to see the list of countries for which we provide a local PSTN dial-in number, you can use the browser from your smartphone or from your desktop/laptop computer without joining a call. You just need a room link, it can be the URL for your own VMR or for someone else's.

Alternatively, your company administrator can request the list from your Pexip authorized support representative.

Using your mobile phone browser

Here are the steps for viewing available dial-in numbers using your phone's browser.

1. Enter the URL (room link) in the address bar of your phone’s browser. You see a page showing the target VMR and some options.

   

2. Select Join by dial-in and you see a page with a preselected country and dial-in number based on your current location.

   

3. To view the list of local dial-in numbers available, select the country drop down and scroll up and down.

Using the browser on your desktop or laptop

Here are the steps for viewing available dial-in numbers using the browser on your desktop or laptop.

1. Paste any room link into the address bar of your browser. You see the home page for joining the VMR.

2. Select the option to join via telephone (circled in red), and you see a page with a preselected country and dial-in number based on your current location.

   

3. Select the country drop down to view the list of available PSTN dial-in numbers, and then select a country to see the local dial-in number for that country.
