Viewing personal usage
You can use the
and features in the apps to see your recently called contacts and VMRs, as described below.You can also view your personal usage history in Pexip Control Center: from within the Pexip web app, select from the menu.
View recently called contacts and VMRs
Recents lets you see recently dialed contacts and VMRs all from the same list.
Desktop and web app users find the
icon on the left hand side of the top toolbar, whereas mobile users go to the main menu bar at the bottom of the app.Pexip apps.
and both show missed and unanswered calls, and include calls and meetings held in one of the otherRecents is different because it:
- is organized with starred video addresses (in alphabetical order) first, followed by recently-called people and VMRs in date-time order with the most recent at the top.
- lets you redial by selecting a previously dialed contact or room.
- has only the last call for a specific person or VMR, if you're using the desktop or web app.

View the call history for a specific person or VMR
You can also see a log of person-to-person calls or VMR visits based on the contact or VMR currently selected.
To view history:
- Desktop and web app users select a contact or VMR and then select the icon from the right hand side of the top toolbar.
- Mobile users select a contact or VMR, and then from the menu choose .
