Resetting your password

How you reset your password depends on whether you're still logged in or not.

  • If you are logged out and have forgotten your password, please contact the company administrator within your organization, as they can initiate a password reset. After this has been done, you receive an email from Pexip with a link that lets you reset your password.
  • If you're still logged in but have forgotten your password, you can use the app to request an email with a link that lets you reset your password. Here's more information about changing and resetting your password.
