Calling a device or user on the Pexip Service from Skype for Business

You can dial directly — i.e. make a point-to-point call — from a Skype for Business client to a device or user on the Pexip Service.

As a prerequisite, your IT administrator needs to add each video device or user as an individual "contact" to your company's Microsoft Active Directory (AD). See Enabling your video conferencing units to be added as Skype for Business contacts for more information.

To call a device/user:

1. Search for the device/user in your local Skype for Business contact list.
2. Right click and select Start Video Call to make the call.
